MINING BUSINESS IN ZIMBABWE
Our mining business in Zimbabwe has four semi-autonomous portfolios namely Exploration, Surveying, Metallurgy and Engineering. Since our inception in 2016 we now have complementary down and upstream mining projects which form the backbone of our Commodity Trading Ventures. We are now in the process of setting up and fully equipping our laboratory with survey and metallurgical assay equipment integrating such with beneficiation and value chain projects to satisfy the demands of our growing network of clients.

In addition to mining in Zimbabwe we also have investments in Agriculture. We identified and partnered with Everray Holdings Pvt Ltd; a privately-owned Agriculture company registered and operating in Zimbabwe with a mandate to offer best solutions in areas of agriculture commodity trade, research, advisory, crops, livestock and environmental conservation. LOGISTICS
Pielark Africa Logistics (Pvt) Ltd is one of our subsidiaries and through it we have investment interest in the bulk procurement and supply of commodities, packaging services, warehousing, rail, freight, road and airfreight services. With support from our partners, we do offer our clientele support in matters regarding procurement processes, transactional and documentation on payment of consignments right through to delivery. As we strive to efficiently deploy our services in various markets, we are keeping an eye quality of service by rigorously analyzing, develop, and implement successfully all possible supply chain management solutions.
ENERGY
Pielark Energies Pvt Ltd is an Energy company growing to become an independent power producer (IPP) targeting power generation and transmission of renewable and non-renewable energy. The project in question is a large-scale solar grid-line electricity generation project meant to provide quality and reliable grid electricity to augment local energy demand. We are now focusing on the initial phase of qualitative research focused on permitting, grid connection and operation provisions for setting up a solar PV system in Zimbabwe.
ENGINEERING
We now envisage pursuing opportunities beyond extractive mining as part of our expansion strategy; thus, committing more resources towards developing our mining value chain business so that we fully canvas and exhaust all available value chain opportunities. Thus, we have procured TLB's, Graders, Dozers, Tipper Trucks and we anticipate such acquisitions will simultaneously bolster our full participation in the mining and civil engineering space.
